First Responders’ Tier Support – Recovery from PTSD
Meet Keith Harrison, a Police Officer in Canada that suffers
from PTSD. He has the courage to tell his story as he’s still on his road to
recovery, like many of us, which includes myself.
Keith is a very brave person who has come out to try to save fellow tier responders
(special people who respond to emergencies and crises and risk their own lives
to help others). To prevent needless suffering due to the epidemic of first
responders’ suicides. Sometimes because they are too embarrassed or ashamed to
get help.
IF THIS IS YOU, PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE OF HOPE.
Anyone who is considering taking their life because of a problem that has methods to
get better is committing a true tragedy. Please listen to this episode. Don’t
pass your pain down to your family and friends who love you and will miss you,
when help is there. Contact Keith Harrison through his website and Instagram
