I Almost Killed the Wrong Person - The Carly Israel Story

Carly Israel coaches divorced parents on how they should behave to minimize the impact on their children. She also councils couples thinking about divorce and what it might be like post-divorce, especially on how it might affect their children. She was raised in a house where both parents were alcoholics. Suffered with early depression and as a child of 9 wanted to die. She started to drink at an early age to try to silence the voices in her head. Listen to her story of recovery and exactly what she does to help children of divorce through a company called "In Your Corner". She also wrote her memoirs in a book called "Seconds and Inches". Her book is available at your favorite bookstore or on Amazon Audible or the link below. She works virtually with divorce parents or couples thinking about divorce. Robert Adleman

I am a 64-year-old male with ADHD, OCD, severe depression, severe  anxiety, and dyslexia. I struggled for 40 years working in the high-pressured Information technology field. Even though it was good money, I didn't have much luck in the financial department.
In 1991, at the age of 33, was when the severe anxiety attack occurred, and the support system was not there to handle it. So, I checked myself in to a mental hospital in Piscataway, NJ. That started my long road to recovery. After the attack, I was severely depressed and anxious for 6 months. This experience is detailed in episode four "Beating Severe Anxiety/Depression".
